At Golf Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance on the green. If your new footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn golf shoes in their original packaging and ensure all tags and spikes are included in the box.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
